opinions on 1982 morgain out island 416

wondering what thoughts are on the 1982 morgan 416 out island are as a cruising boat, us, Bahamas, islands and beyond, this is the 416 with taller rig are they a total pig, are they well thought of? easy to resell? are they a reasonable sailor? looking for a shallower draft cruising boat with room not a race boat but of course a sailboat should sail obviously a raft with a sheet will sail but wondering if anyone owns one I have an opportunity to buy a 416 with extensive upgrades
