Me too, no stamp on leaving and no clearance out procedures at all. CBP said on the phone just go. I said, "what without clearing out". He said yes and when probed with further questions he got annoyed with me such that I got a bit scared of him. I pushed the issue as far as I dared and I think he felt his authority under challenge, so I reeled my neck in. "Thank you sir, I understand perfectly. I am leaving now".

There were no re-entry problems or questions even.
