We had very good weather information from a SSB volunteer who tracked at least a dozen boats every night, giving each of us detailed info on fronts, patterns and forecasts. There was a call-in time and you got a good idea of conditions over a huge area (because of the other boats) as well as what to expect in your own situation. Don't remember the broadcast wavelength, but check on a websearch.

Planing to repeat this year.
Capn Ziggy, my skipper has had trouble reaching the rally organizer (Tania)for the 2013 passage this June. Have you been in touch an do you know that the rally is in fact planning to go this year. I believe last year it did not. Thanks.
