Need help in GA!!

I am looking at a Bruce Roberts steel Offshore 44 in the Atlanta area that is for sale. She was supposedly built by Topper Hermanson Boatbuilding, Inc. in FL, sailed from 94-2002 and then bought by the current owners. She was gutted with the intentions of refitting and sailing her again but they never got around to it. Im looking for someone who lives near the Atlanta area that could swing by, take a look at her and tell me what they think of the shape that she is sitting in. I am overseas and wont be back until May 1 and just want a 3rd party opinion.
