Judge To Captain Jay: 'Hats Off On The Deal' - Gulfport, FL Patch

It all seems very strange. Jay sold his boat. He told the Court how much he sold the boat for, but did not know the last name of the buyer.

As you can see from the article, the Court was not impressed.

If he gave Jay the money and now there is a lien the boat just got a little more expensive for him.

Also the way these guys seem to work I doubt they have done any titling.

I suspect the judge doesn't believe the boat has been sold.
