Montego 20 vs MacGregor 21 - Opinions?

I just got back from looking at another boat. A Macgregor 21 swing keel. It's not in the water, so thats a negative. But from what I saw with it on the trailer it look to be in better shape than the other one I have looked at a Montego 20. It looks to be cosmetically better. The pics posted online look to be in decent shape. The keel appears to be in swinging condition. The rigging is all there and in good shape. No outboard motor, that a minus. But from the advise I have been given here and what I have read it would seem to better suit my wants and needs. So whats the opinion of which would be a better boat. The Macgregor is a few hundred more than the Montego.
