Thumbs up Made My First Trip

finally made it bought the boat and made a first trip with friends Mallorca to Menorca around and back took me 5 hours to cross at a speed of about 6-7 knots steady SE. then after a break north to Fornells where the the wind got uo and ended with a torn jib sail, next day around to Mahon, after going to mahon with a taxi to repair the jib stayed in mahon 1 night left the next day to Cala coves for a swim. Then to c'lan porter stayed the night. a bit of north wind came up 30-40 knots did not sleep much after shifting anchor left there for cala bosh ended up in a bay near Ciudella. after not being there for 15 years had changed a bit slept the night nice and peacefull. left the next day back to Mallorca. if anybody gets the chance to do this lovely trip and costs at the momment nothing for staying any where and safe anchoring, a few pictures attatched to see if you want, just normal sailing pics, made by the crew

Sorry Fred,

You've been hooked and landed. You won't quit any time soon. Nice pictures. Just so you know they all don't go that well.

You won't put anybody off. Looks like a fun trip and given you got there and came back, had good pictures of people smiling you have to take that it ended well and be happy. The in between stuff (ripping head sails - not desirable) is what makes it sailing and not being on a cruise ship.
