Looking for Prefab Carbon Fiber Pieces

I've been searching all over the place but just can't seem to find what I KNOW is out there somewhere....prefabbed Carbon Fiber parts, specifically: L-channel, square tubes, triangle brace corners, etc.
Here's my application to help give you the product I'm looking for.

We have been building water maker box units in the typical mode of powder coated aluminum boxes, but man do they add cost...and you know my approach of trying to keep things affordable. I'm wanting to explore making the "box" that the water maker components are mounted in out of carbon fiber pieces. I think it was 2011 or 2012 at the boat show">Annapolis Boat Show I saw a box water maker that the now defunct DIY water makers had in their booth with a carbon fiber assembled Box.

So any ideas on where I can source these assembly parts to build me a lighter box?

Thanks

Re: Looking for Prefab Carbon Fiber Pieces

Search for carbon fiber pultrusions too.

Mostly what you find are tubes and flat panels. Carbon fiber advantages aren't exploited as much in angle shapes.

Hop on Professional Boatbuilder Magazine Professional BoatBuilder magazine - Professional BoatBuilder Magazine and search their advertisers.
and Burnham Composites. Been to their facility - pretty impressive. Burnham Composites Fiberlok Graphite Products
If you can't find it there, you don't need it. Unless it's in McMaster-Carr, then you might.

Absolutely....
As with most things in life it depends on the application and what the other options are. Alum fabrication, undercoating, powder coating, that all ads up and from the prices I'm looking at on the above site, I can build these boxes myself out of Carbon fiber for oddles cheaper.....

Call this gentleman, Ted Van Dusen, in Concord, MA. Not sure of his prices for what you need but he has 40 years of experience working with carbon and such. He mostly makes carbon rowing shells and sailboat spars these days but he's a ton of knowledge in things carbon. Composite Engineering Inc.
