Looking for a Yacht with a Crew to Cross the South Pacific

Hello!

I'm looking for yacht owner that is willing to undertake this charter:

To start in Tahiti -> around 4 island counties on the way (2 days stop in each country) -> and finish in Brisbane (Australia).
Sailing Yacht
- minimum 60ft
Cruse duration - maximum 1 month.
June-July 2013

Thanks!

i dont think you are going to have much time to stop!
tahiti to brisbane is about a months sailing even in a 60 ft yacht!

Re: Looking for a yacht with a crew to cross the South Pacific

3-4 months would be the normal duration for this passage on a cruising yacht.

even a delivery crew would be hard pushed to do it in a month.

s pac cruising season is generally may-october.

a better option would be starting in vanuatu, then new caledonia, then brisbane.

Thank you for the info!

I know that it's not easy way and not easy task to find...but I'm ready to pay well for it

Any other suggestions?

Re: Looking for a yacht with a crew to cross the South Pacific

personally if money is not an issue i would fly in to tahiti, tonga, fiji and charter from sunsail and spend a week cruising each destination, take you own skipper and crew .

if your object is to do a 3000+ mile sail in 3 weeks, mid winter,go on a delivery!
