Looking for a recommendation for a sail charter company in Southern California

I am planing a sailing vacation in Southern California for September. What I would like to do is sail from the "mainland" out to the Channel Islands for four or five days. Which charter outfit in Southern California would you recommend to charter a sailboat from? Someone with a catamaran is preferable but a monohull would be fine as well. I'm willing to pay a little more for a boat where I know everything is working and is well equipped.
