If you want to store on the hard north of Tampa it gets cheap by the time you get to Homosassa / Crystal River area. Cheap is $35/month.

But I do not know if a marina with a lift.

You might take a look at Snead Island Boat Works on the Manatee River in Palmetto, south Tampa Bay area. The yard has a good reputation.

FWIW...

Shellpoint Marina - in Apollo slightly south of downtown Tampa.

*Well fenced and protected in a good area.
*The guy that runs it is very accessible and takes care of the tenants.

Apollo Beach Marina at end of Apollo Beach Blvd. Good location and a good DIY yard also.
