looking for a broker and surveyor in the Fort Meyers Area

Would someone recommend a buyers broker in the Fort Meyers area and I'll need a sailboat survey if anyone would recommend one for a fiberglass bluewater offshore boat. Probably wouldn't hurt to get a name of an engine surveyor as well for a 100 HP Yanmar.
