Logo design

I have a design idea for a logo that I would like to put onto our boat, but not sure where to go from here. Any recommendations for on-line design sites where i could take the downloaded design to our local sign maker? Thx.

Re: Logo design

I did the same for a graphic for my company logo. I found a local graphic artist who sat down with me and did a few sketches then we went through email, 4 or 5 attempts until it was right. After that he gave me a couple CDs with the logo. Including a copyright for the design.
This was about 10 years ago and I think it cost a couple hundred or so.
Work wise it was a great investment. It looks great, very professional.
If you are only looking for script then I would save a little money and download a card making program. They have many fonts and design ideas.
You could also just check with sign making places. They probably have some design elements built in.

Re: Logo design

I did ours, just needs to be in a PDF scale-able format to scale up to sticker size.

Re: Logo design

You can email the pdf to just about any sign shop and they can print it for you. We used Fastsigns in CHS and are very happy with the result. Just watch a YouTube video on how to properly apply it, or pay someone to do it.

Btw the admiral is a brilliant designer if you need more help just shoot me a pm
Money can't buy happiness, but you can buy a boat and it's pretty much the same thing......
