Liveaboard Slip Rates In US Virgin Islands

does anyone here know what the live a board slip rates are in the US Virgin Islands (St Thomas and/or St John).

Don't think there are many slips in St John. Crown Bay Marina is about $1.26/ft/day - about $19-20,000US yearly for my Pearson 424 including anchor platform and dinghy davits. Compass Point Marina is much less at $18/ft/month, but I don't know about living aboard. That's why I keep my boat in BVI!

The last time I was in the USVI's in 2009 most liveaboards who work on St Thomas, anchor-out on the west side of Water Island - free. Some have installed mooring bouys-free. If the word gets out that authorities are on the lookout, they scoot around to other anchorages for a week or so.
There are three or four bays on St John's that have very territorial squatters, but they shall remain nameless.

Marinas discourage liveaboards
