Liability/Third-Party Insurance
I have been trying to get quotes for third-party insurance, but they have all been declined, either vaguely "due to underwriting guidelines" or more directly due to "navigational requirements".

The boat will be in Grenada for the summer, and then cruising the South Pacific next year.

Any recommendations for liability/third-party insurance?
