A 14-foot mini-cruiser is minimalist. A 19ft is comfortable, and anything much larger than a 25 borders on ostentatious.

Nope, he's going wing on wing. Its dead down wind where the boats at on that heading.. Think maybe the sails are to get right of way from other powerboats

Guessed wrong. Both sails are on starboard tack.
