Yes. Club Cruceros de La Paz home page is a good place to check. We sailed to La Paz from Washington state and stored our 38'ft Ingrid Ketch at the yard located at Palmira Marina. It was salf & secure through 2 hurricanes the summer of 2003. If you are in La Paz please join the club it's well worth the very reasonable membership fee for the benefits that come with it.
