Isotherm by Indel fridge freezer unit

I was hoping someone could give me some help. I bought a 39.9 ted brewer a couple months ago and there were zero owner manuals or help with the boats systems. My reefer unit is a built in unit. It works great even with low voltage. I’m still trying to learn more hands on stuff with amps and voltage and amp hours etc. anyone else have this unit or at least the control panel. Not sure what settings are what. What settings have y’all found the best for saving amps or running continuously at the lowest amp use? It has a smal freezer plate. 12 by six inches or so. I don’t need it to freeze and I have no divider in the space. The boat came with a norcold 12 volt freezer. I’m on anchor. No shore power. I have a 60 amp new Stetson charger and four new us battery 243 amp hours six volt in series. My goal is to run my 1500 watt inverter, tv and iPhone iPad charging, and the norcold as long as possible between charges from my Honda 2000 generator. Thanks very much for any help or constructive criticism. I have solar panels that help some.
