Is bellingham chart printers/ tides end still in business?

I have been unable to get the bellingham chart printers website to work, the 1-800 number does not work for me and the regular number does not work. Are they out of business. Does anyone have a source for paper chart copies?

The phone number is no longer in use, there's no response to emails and their website is malfunctioning. So my guess is that they're out of business. As for another source of cheap paper charts: I've been searching for 2 days now without any result.

Draikhan, yes, it's too bad but I was afraid this was going to happen. I don't think we will be using the word"cheap" in the same sentence with "paper charts" any longer. I don't know what charts you need, but so far I have found that charts for South Africa are very reasonable ($7U.S. Or so) sanho.co.za and the best prices I have found for British Admiralty charts is at 'Todd chart' toddchart.com. Let me know if you find any good deals. Good luck and try to keep at least six-inches of water under your keel

I just went to their website and it worked for me. Didn't place the order but selected a chart folio and put it in the shopping cart and all looked normal up to that point.

sorry if this breaks forum rules in any way but I have Bellingham charts for all tropical pacific aswell as chart books etc from Maine to Panama, including bahamas ( bit dated bought 2008) if anyone is interested pm me as I'm not on here much these days ��

The alternative is simple. Pay top dollar for British Admitalty Charts. That was the only solution I could find.

Well the best price I can find for NGA charts at $15.95 each as of the end of the year 2016. This was at:

What a shame that Bellingham chart's went out of business. I have gotten charts from them several times over the years. Always good service, pricing, and quality. However this does not realy surprise me, as many a sailor these days seem to prefer electronic charts over paper. Sorry but my awareness of Murphy's law says never go someplace without a paper chart. To me to depend on only electronic charts is not smart planing.
