Help Me with Movie Choices About Sailing

I stream Netflix, so this would help easily.

What movies have you enjoyed that including some level of sailing footage? Doesn't have to be about sailing totally.

Recently I have enjoyed Morning Light (about the young crew sailing the TransPac). And another movie, I think White Squall but I'll have to check, about the at risk youth on a square rigger, based on a true story.

Any ideas for whiling away the hours after working on the boat all day?

White Squall is a very good film, inspired by a true story.
Deep Water (about Donald Crowhurst and the 1968 Sunday Times Golden Globe around the world race)

The following may not be what you're looking for, but they're enjoyable and have sailing ships:
Master and Commander
The Horatio Hornblower series (an A&E miniseries)
Longitude (another A&E miniseries)

Thanks so much, I've added all these to my que. Plus five different sailing instructional videos. Some are by mail only, so it looks like I'll stream Dead Calm and have a brew or two tonight.

Thanks

The Wind.
The White Squall.
The Guardian.

The last one is not on sailing but I loved it anyway - storm scenes way above the Perfect Storm.

Thanks for the link to the other thread, Skipmac.

The reason I didn't search is because I just joined the forum today and was looking for a reason to post a thread to get my feet wet so to speak. Searching really didn't occur to me this time.

I did manage to research and buy a boat without joining a forum and asking the same old questions, by using my searchfu. So maybe I'm not a total dolt.

I'm off to the other thread, thanks again to all.

Wow, Dead Calm was pretty intense.

There must have been more fuel on board. But we wouldn't even have seen the boat under sail if that was the choice taken.

Good movie.
