high-speed Navy Seal Team transit/delivery vehicle intended for submarine insertion/extraction of covert ops personnel on the fly when aircraft delivery operation is not an option due to high amount of overhead radar sweep. very low signature? team boat can be slung underneath and moved rapidly to an area of operations.
this is why the dudes were in "civies" and didn't say a word about the craft or it's purpose. awesome machine. that is what we Rangers would do with it! hahahaha

Aww common guy's. That thing is waaay to much an easy radar target. Heck the military can track something the size of a football doing 4 x the speed of sound from a 100miles away. That thing would stand out like a neon sign to a military radar operater. If it was supposed to be stealth, it would have to look waaay different to that.
