Guest or Crew Liability Waivers

The fine print of insurance policies often have language similar to this:
"In consideration of the premium paid, it is agreed that this policy shall not apply to any liability for bodily injury or personal injury to the master or any member of the crew of any vessel owned by, operated by, leased by,
or in the care, custody or control of any insured."

Given that, does anyone have guest or crew sign a waiver of liability that recognizes that sailing is dangerous, blah, blah, and at their own risk?

Note that the specific above language is from my Umbrella liability policy and was titled "MARITIME EMPLOYERS LIABILITY EXCLUSION" so I have requested clarification as to whether it excludes *unpaid* crew or only excludes paid crew (which wouldn't be applicable to me or most of us here).
