Well...someone had to be privy to the sale in hopes that between the PO and NO, nothing would be noticed. I'm sorry Texas is like that. I have not seen this type of behavior in Ca. much. Mostly in Marinas with no liveaboards. The BCDC and Insurance companies put the clamps on living aboard boats and Marina owners said, "Ta hell with it". Any thieves here usually come into non-liveaboard marinas in stealth skiffs and steal outboards hanging on the rail.
