Any Moreton Bay based gatherings anyone? Maybe swinging to an anchor down along Straddie somewhere some weekend?

As has been said, "onya Mark, eh"

Rum is Mt Gay XO Reserve Cask - yep, the good stuff
Bring your own mixers, beer, wine etc.

My boat is on a mooring and we won't go for a cruise, so I can drink.

So it would be great to meet people as well as catch up with some of the forum people i have met before.

RSVP is essential: mark (at) ourlifeatsea (dot) com

Wow, what a great offer, I am coming your way in my land yacht but we won't arrive NYC until the very end of the month. If you see youself heading NE and you get around Essex CT give a shout for Southern Star perhaps you could try my Meyers Rum!

No Bundy available in the USA: the EPA has ruled t hat it is a toxic chemical and dangerous to human life. There is hope for Bundy lovers, though, for a group of farmers has petitioned to have it approved as an organic pesticide. the outcome is uncertain.

We are at the Weland canal but will not make it unless we add a few kilo-horse powers. Later and sailing your way.

Re: Free Rum Party NYC Monday 18th on my boat!

The boat is almost full.
Poor Sea Life a bunch of drunken ratbags in her cockpit and strewn across her decks.

Not that she's not used to that

So if you can come along read the first post in this thread and email me pronto!!

Thank for info, but sadly will be fondling my y valve instead of a Rum tonight.

Before you head south, any interest...(anyone) for a evening or weekend? get together in Manhasset Bay...just an hour east of N.Y.C.
Good protected anchorage and/or many free town moorings.
Many members CF/SN on the sound.

Enjoy the evening,
Hugo

Re: Free Rum Party NYC Monday 18th on my boat!

We are in Sorel Qb, 26 July. He added for 79 street basin in a few weeks. Look for ROXY. If ther is any left, Pussers English Navy Rum. There have been interesting adventures and observations along the way. Lots of nice people, some Bozos. Lots of new learning experiences handed out like a slap in the face.
