For Those Looking for an Inexpesive Boat Capable of Sailing the World .

It seems I see a lot of folks on here looking for an inexpesive (under 10K) boat to circumnavigate or cruise the world. Well, while I was browsing through some local sailboat classifieds, I ran across this ad..
