Double Braided Polyester sources

I need to replace the lines on my dinghy hoist. Need a total of 100' 3/8 double braid polyester. I checked the usual sources:

West Marine NE Ropes -- 5100lb break strength - $1.21 / ft or Samson -- 3700 lb -- $.74 / ft. Defender sells Samson -- 3700 lb -- $.55 / ft

Came across the same seller on Ebay and Amazon selling a brand called CWC. I assume it's made offshore. Full spool 600 ft for $165 delivered. Works out to be $.28 / ft. Break strength 2430 lb.

Does anyone have any experience with this brand? Problems with abrasion or UV deterioration? Given that this is not for a high tech application, any reason I shouldn't go with the cheaper stuff? The breaking strength seems to be sufficient for my requirement. I don't really need a full spool, but I can hang onto it until I need it for something else.

Or does anyone have a better source?

Thanks for any input.
