DIY Boatyard/Marina on Chesapeake?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a do-it-yourself boatyard/marina anywhere on the Chesapeake? Thanks so much-

Stingray Point Boatworks or Cheasapeake Bay Boatworks. Both in Deltaville, VA. One in Broad Creek (north side), the other in Fishing Bay (south side). Same family owns both.

Very happy with Herrington Harbor North. "Resorty" but they are more affordable on the hard than you would think. West marine right on site.

I keep my Sabre 362 at Fairview Marina in Pasadena, Md. Owner Marc Kahan allows DIY to large degree.

What he said. Also a good hardware 1/2 mile and a good paint store.
