Where are you my long lost buddy?
I'm trying to search, for a American Sailboat Captain I used to hang out with in Den Helder 1997-1998 approx. Maybe due to excessive use of pot (which happens to be legal down there) I forgot his name, but as a reference, we both were taking care of business in a local ships yard back then. P.S. I believe his last name was Williams.

This is an attempt to make good on a commitment: One day we would cruise together, this is the time. I Hope to succeed in my search, but in any case, good luck to you my long lost friend.
