Delivery Marathon FL to Norfolk VA

I am planning on moving a boat from marathon Florida to Norfolk VA. Not a vacation just travelling as fast as possible. Has anyone sailed up from Florida to Virginia recently?

Approximately how long should this trip take?

I've not done it myself but it depends on if you sail up the ditch or outsde. Outside would be a whole lot quicker. 3 weeks up the ditch if you push sounds right.
