Danger spots from sm81 to Lockwoods Folley?

I spent a while on Cruisersnet today and I'm not looking forward to navigating Lockwoods Folley and Shallotte Inlet. But I'm curious if there are any places in between the Alligator River and there where I should be extra careful that aren't as documented. I only draw 4' which I thought would make this easy. Not so.
