Cruising guides for Cuba and Central America

Hi,
Will be heading out from Florida soon to make my way over to Cuba and then over to Mexico and down to Panama, stopping along to way to explore different places.

Just wondering about recommendations for cruising guides for these areas.
Also been looking into charts and can get a portfolio of 2/3 sized copy from bellingham chart printers in Tampa to cover these areas. Have not used these smaller charts before. Any opinions on them?
