Hey Thomas,
I'm slinging code these days. Right now I'm doing a Dynamics AX (Axapta) install and I find myself rellying heavily on my ISO9001:1994 experience to document our practices. Prior to that I worked with a company that really, really wanted the Malcom Baldridge. It would be an interesting project to apply ISO to a boat yard. Are you still in the quality biz?

Yup - funny though - I started off in electronics and slinging code (old rocky mountain basic and fortran) and wound up doing technical writing and QA. Since the current standard focuses extensively on the customer, I can't see boat yards complying ... really no push for them to do so, in any case.
