Re: Contact lenses/Glasses

Absolutely perfect for near or short sighted but no good for age related loss (Presbyopia), which unfortunately can effect us all.

It was a 4,500 expense but over the next

Fire and forget, the best 4,500 I ever spent.
No more sticking my fingers on my eyes.

PS: Since I had It done ( in US) I think it has become
less expensive, and might be much less in other countries

That was the reason for my surgery. I'm 20/20 now. Things changed a lot the last 10 years.

Re: Contact lenses/Glasses

I am short sighted, but if wearing both contacts have found I need readers for close work. I found using only 1x contact (1 eye corrected, 1 eye short) to be idea for 99.9% of the time. Brain just automatically uses whichever eye presents the best image :-)
YMMV.
