Chapman Piloting Book

I was reading another thread that recommended Chapman's book. I'm just getting started and so have an older copy. I have 59th ed and I see that Amazon is offering 67th ed as current.

I was wondering how important it was to have the current copy. Does anything really change in it?

Opinions?
