Cartagena Columbia SA boat yard info sought

Information sought on a long term (one year) live aboard on the hard marina boat yard in the Cartagena Columbia SA area.
We need to do a fairly extensive refit and trying to find a financially viable yard to do such. My Spanish is zero. I’ve heard good things about the ship yard Ferroalquimar.
I’m hoping to get some recent first hand knowledge of the boat yards and cost and success of getting boat work done. Please tell us of your experiences there.

I hauled at one in the Zapatero district called Manzanillo Marina Club. They had (this was 5+ years ago) a couple of apartments on-site that you could rent. Travelift was not huge, but it was a nice chill place with good security and an easy taxi ride to anywhere. Good access to local labor--I'd definitely use it again.
