Cardboard boat?

OK I wouldnt really want to build a boat out of cardboard. ( perhaps a dinghy). But I have been researching Polyurea, which seems to have amazing properties. intensly Strong. Water proof, Drying time in under a minute, yada yada.

These videos give an example of the stuff. But does anyone know of anyone using it in the marine industry?
