Bleck.

You will have to take it up with Mr. Murphy. Hope you are better soon.

On another note, best of luck, i remember when I had my first motorcycle accident. Broke left leg, left arm, left collar bone all the first week of summer. i sat at our cottage watching my sisters water ski and swim everyday while i sat inside. Will teach me not to do 90 in a 55. I was 19 at the time. Know how you feel.

No problem. Just sail "right" - LOL
Heal well and soon redcobra...

Re: Broken hearted - Can't sail
Thanks all for the thoughts.
I think after a month I will be able to sit on the boat in the slip.
Mai Tais (can't have those for a while either) on a boat in the slip is better than Mai Tais on the porch.

Wow, your injuries were much worse than I understood at first, no alcohol, if the spleen wasn't bad enough, that is plain awful.
Of course you can't sail, no trip is complete until after the sundowners are finished.
Seriously, wishing you a speedy recovery!

I generally don't listen to doctors, but the phrase BLEED OUT would definitely get my attention. Keep healing and soon you'll be heeling.
