Boat storage ashore southern california

I'm thinking about leaving a 40' sailboat ashore in southern California - possibly for an extended period. I may also need to have some maintenance work done while there ..

Currently in Dana Point but services seem limited there ..

Anyone any ideas on where is safe, service is good and cost reasonable - or is that too much to expect !! ???

Seems likely .. but need to leave the boat there or south of the border which has its own issues ...
