What do you mean by boat mover? Do you want it sailed somewhere, or trucked somewhere, or towed somewhere? A little more info will get you a better response. Good luck. _____Grant.

i need my sailboat trucked out of the bay area and have had nothing but horrible experiences with the 1 boat moving company i have worked with in the past.

soliciting feedback before i make some calls.

There have been several threads about the good,bad and ugly of trucking boats. You might try to see what you can find with our search feature. Also, SF to ?????? . _______Grant.

thx grant. i did some cursory searching. it seems i gave up early.

i will put more effort in and search out the info.

i have a few options... 1 local, 1 in seattle and 2 on the east coast. each have pros and cons so i am making that decision in parallel to finding the mover.

Sorry but still not perfectly clear, at least to me. Trucking from SF but to where or how far?

If local or west coast only like SF to Oakland or SF to Seattle would be one answer. If SF to Miami would likely need to contact a completely different trucker.

I plug these guys every time I see a request for hauling... They really seem to have their act together, handle ANYTHING... and seem pretty cool too... They advertise in Lat 38...
