Boat ID and Help with Pricing

hi folks,
im looking for some help with identifying the make of my dads boat and a rough idea of what price to sell it for.
my dad passed away five years ago and my mum has asked me to try to sell the boat.
the boat is about 18ft and is up at our house in Donegal. it hasnt been in the water for about 6 years and could do with a good clean but all the sails and rigging are there.
the boat is on a single axle trailer which could do with some maintainence. mudguards are rusted, winch is rusted, tyres need pumped up and the bearings would probably need changed.
i know very little about sailing and it is a shame to see the boat not being used.

Looks a lot like the Newport 20 I used to have a decade ago. But I don't think they were sold on your side of the Atlantic. But anyway, I sold it for US$800 primarily because the buyer want the trailer which was in great shape.
