Boat/house swap
Myself and my wife are looking to do a 6 month boat / house swap between Dubai and The Caribbean from Jan to June 2014.

We have been sailing in the Arabian Gulf / Gulf of Oman for the last 10 years, have a nice villa 50yards from the beach and a new (3 years) Hunter 33. I have my RYA Yachtmaster and my wife is working on her RYA Coastal skipper.

Looking to swap our villa and boat during this period for any suitable boat in the Caribbean.
