block pulley replacement

i have a few plastic broken pulleys in my traveler blocks.
is there a writeup on how to replace the pulleys?
they are of course put in with a rivet.
so i am thinking drill it out, replace pulley, then put in a short bolt?
who sells metal pulleys?
