Best Route - FL to PNW

Assuming this would be done in a well-equipped 38 ft. monohull with no time limit, what would be the best way to go?

FL to Panama Canal, choose your favorite route through the Caribbean.

PC to Marquesas to Hawaii to PNW (via Alaska if you like or direct over the Pacific High).
