Bent Bowsprit etc

I am looking at buying a sailboat that has sustained some damage. It broke loose from its moorings and ended up on its side. In addition to cap rail damage the bowsprit and the rear rail are bent. Does anyone know where these things can be either repaired or new ones fabricated? The builders are no longer in existence.

What boat make of boat are you talking about and how bent is bent. Pictures would be a help if you could figure out how to post them to this site. Metal workers can do wonders cutting out badly bent tubing or straightening if not to badly bent. Might even be able to do it yourself with some heat and a come along.
