Beautiful Day to Sail !

Wow! I heard that this was a fantastic time of year to sail in Florida and now I believe it!! What a beautiful day it was today! Going to do it again tomorrow...and the next day...and the day after that! My heart is happy!

I knew I would love this kind of life!

Re: Beautiful day to sail!!

Had a great sail yesterday on my friend's Excalibur 36. 12k breeze on the Pacific outside of Hilo Bay. Deep blue water, black cliffs and white surf.
kind regards,

Yep... we're going out of west palm tomorrow after brunch at the Sailing Club.. Haven't decided yet whether we'll take the small boat out or head over to the biggie...

Grrr...i hate that my sails are at the loft right now. Need to be on the water and not dockside...wife is getting me to do too many projects on the honey-do list

Yup. Hard to beat FL this time of year. Was out by myself on Friday. Going out with the family and friends tomorrow. Should be another beautiful day.

Offline, every time we are over visiting your side of the state I always find myself wishing for more time off so I could explore that very active sailing area.

Night0wl, my main is going to the loft soon too. But we will wait until winter to send it because my hubby and I are wusses and can't stand the cold so I doubt we would even be out on the water. LoL!

Zee, I love that you get out there and still really enjoy the waters. I can only hope to be as enthusiastic myself in ten years or so.
