We saw a fish
like that, draped over, and overlapping fore and aft a runabout at Bora Bora
. Somehow, the Polynesian fisherman had managed to slide this huge fish aboard, kind of laid out, lots of overlap on the bow, sort of over where a passenger might have been, and then extending over the stern. The guy was so happy! And he was taking it to be weighed.
What I think is, whether or not the meat is as good as yellowfin, a bunch of villages ate to fullness that night, and that may not be all that common an experience.
