And so I note that the Star is not in the Olympics. Is it any wonder that the world is so filled with travesties when we silently and meekly allow such a horrible action to be taken? Twice the world has foolishly and stupidly sunk into global war. And now twice the Star has been foolishly and stupidly removed from the Olympics. And, just as the world arose and rebuilt itself in '18 and '45, so too will the Star survive this slur. Despite being filled with sailmakers, spar builders and boat builders since the beginning of time, the Star class is far truer to the ideals espoused by the Olympics than the Olympic committee itself which has degenerated into a shameless money-grubbing organism sucking in every last dollar in sight no matter the cost to honor or values. It makes the NFL look like a charitable, socially responsible organization. The Star, ever and always great, will shine again.

Why would anyone support this corrupt and corrupting organization at all ?
Why would I take my hard earned money and give to someone else to fulfill their dream...... think I'll use my money to fulfill my own dreams
