Antigua to Panama crossing: recomendations

We made it to Bocas. It took us 11 days and we had around 20 knots almost all the way with up to 3 meter wave. We just used our genoa. Fish is abundant in this crossing, big mahi mahi, tuna and wahoo were always on our menu.

Glad to hear you had a good passage. How was the rolling without the main up??? ______Grant.

The rolling was ok. My cat has almost 8 mtrs of beam and we didnt want to go faster than 5.5 knots. So really not much rolling.
