A sailing video for those who need a fix...
Hi all! I have taken a huge step forward in cyberspace and uploaded my first test video to YouTube. Click here: for a quick cruising fix. Excuse the terrible video compression for the 'tube, and enjoy us leaving Atlantic City, NJ bound for Boston. Thanks, Chris

Awesome job...I cant believe that was your first video though..yes maybe to U tube but you seem like a pro with all the fade which synced with music and every thing..
What program do you have that does all this stuff..and is it complicated?

Hi Stillraining! Thanks to you and the other posters for the nice comments! As far as making the video, yup, I've done more than a few. Have even filmed for cash more than once. First time on YouTube though. I am going to try recompressing it again to eliminate some of the jaggies though. Live and learn. As for the editing program, it's Adobe Premiere Pro. Great stuff, but expensive as hell! EVERYTHING you see in this video could be done with most of the good $100 programs now. I'm gonna try and post more of the trip tonight, with better resolution I hope. Total time is around 16 minutes. Thanks again, Chris

About the music... I know exactly what you mean. This music might be alittle different though, as it's from the soundtrack to "The Motorcycle Diaries" , the movie about Che's early years. It's a wonderful movie, but I cant vouch for it's portrayal of Che. I simply dont know enough about him, and never met him!

More bigger better
That really was nice! Want to see more of the sailing part though. Did you arrive in Boston? Its been between 20 & 40F so maybe you should have considered going 180ish?
