A little closer

Just received my set of Explorer chart books...what a load of information! Fun to be able to read a thread on a given route or place of interest and go to the books and get the picture. Boat choices are narrowing...hope to have one purchased by the spring

Re: A little closer

Best, biggest and most difficult step to date! Just accepted a job offer taking me from Indiana to Florida! WooHoo!!! It's actually the job I was downsized out of last year...funny how things work out huh. Will be looking for a modest liveaboard already in a liveaboard slip or mooring if possible. Location is a matter of complete indifference as my job is travelling one. Smaller more than bigger with standing head room in the $10K range. OK kids...let me know whats out there

Good Luck jcknox
there's a great sailing community in FL, both Gulf & Atlantic side.
Miami is an awesome location!
